ABC has picked up several new drama pilots which include Runner starring Paula Patton; The Advocate from creator Sheldon Turner; The Adversaries from ER producer and writer David Zabel; and Kingmakers, from the producer of Revenge, Sallie Patrick.

Kingmakers centers around a young man whose sister, Julia, is fround dead from a drug overdose during her freshman year at an elite Ivy League university. In order to investigate Julia’s death Eli, with the help of British Professor Radha, goes undercover at the University. He adopts a new identity in order to infiltrate the university and its privileged students, ambitious faculty, high-profile alumni all hiding a century-old secret society.

Parminder Nagra (ER, Psych and The Blacklist) will star as the beautiful British professor, Radha, who is framed for the murder of Julia.  Radha seeks out Julia’s brother, Eli, and tells him that she was murdered. She gives him all the information he needs to assume a new identity and find his sister’s real killer.  Fighting to save her career and her life she works with Eli to uncover the truth that is hiding with the walls of the university.

Kingmakers will being production in Atlanta, GA. The extras casting team with CL Casting has released a casting call seeking for college students between the ages of 18-28 in the Atlanta area.
