About the Show

The show is based on a book series, which was written by L. J. Smith. Julie Plec and Kevin Williamson developed the book into a television series, which was premiered on 10^th September 2009 on The CW. The story is based on Elena Gilbert, a teenage girl who is torn between Stefan Salvatore and Damon Salvatore, the two vampire brothers. These brothers are living for centuries and do not get along with each other as Stefan made Damon a vampire without his will. Damon is the evil brother whereas Stefan is a decent guy.

To seek revenge from his brother, Damon come up with plans and creates problems in the Mystic Falls town. Elena resembles Katherine, who was the past lover of both the brothers, and therefore both of them falls in love with her. The cast includes witches, vampires, werewolves, and doppelgangers.

Casting Call Details

The casting directors of The Vampire Diaries are looking for people of different races, which include; African-American, Hispanic and mixed ethnicity female, whose complexion is light brown with tan. You need to apply for this job as soon as possible before the place is filled. The work hours will be around 8 to 10 hours. Below are some specific details:

1. The female should be 18 to 35 years old.
2. She should not have any visible tattoo on her body.
3. She should be willing and comfortable to shoot in a two-piece swimsuit.
4. Since the role require hair alteration, she should be comfortable with dying or cutting her hair.
5. The height requirement of the photo double is 5’4 to 5’6.
6. The weight of the female should be between 110 to 125 lbs. Other important size details are as follows:

• Dress Size = 2
• Shoe Size = 7.5
• Jeans Size = 26/27

The person should send their full body picture with the measurements of waist, bust and hips. Make sure to submit your photos in which your body looks the best. It is important to submit the picture in a one-piece bathing suit, leotard, or two-piece bathing suit.
