He is a mercenary subjected to experimental regenerative mutations to cure his cancer, and in return it gives him incredible healing powers.

Filming will eventually make its way to the United States for other scenes, so keep an eye out for local castings. Unfortunately, Deadpool 2 will have a different director with Tim Miller deciding to take his talents elsewhere. Ryan Reynolds will still be the star of the show.
