Empire Casting Call for Extras

As previously reported Empire is currently filming in the Chicago area and is seeking extras for an upcoming shoot.

Empire is the hit new series from FOX which debut to the highest ratings in over ten years, the show not only managed to maintain its viewers but gained new viewers with each new episode prompting FOX to renew the show for a second season.

The show centers around a father, Lucious Lyon, who has started and runs a successful music business called Empire. Several weeks before Empire launches its IPO and becomes a publicly traded company, Lucious is diagnosed with a neurodegenerative disease which predicts he will be completely incapacitated within three years. He must choose one of his three sons to take over when he dies. But the choice was not easy he had to choose between his business-minded son, Andre Lyon; his musical protégé, Hakim Lyon; and his musical genius son, Jamal Lyon.

But his decisions comes at no small task as his ex-wife Cookie Lyon returns to claim a piece of the Empire pie. Lucious must face betrayal, sinister takeover plans and the hardest decision of his life.

At the end of season 1 Lucious chose Jamal as his heir apparent, which launched an unlikely partnership between the unchosen Lyon sons, their mother and their father’s former fiancée, Anika Calhoun. And ended with the ultimate dramatic arrest of Lucious for the murder of his friend Bunkie.

Casting Call

The extras casting team with 4 Star casting has released a casting call seeking extras between the ages of 18 to 75 to portray parade-goers.

To be considered for a role in Empire, please read the casting call provided below:
If you are interested and available please send an email to extras4empire@gmail.com and include the following info:

1) Subject Line: “CLUB GOER”
2) Include your name, age, height, weight, phone number, zip code and email

3) Send a head shot, professional or candid photo in jpeg format –Make sure the photo is taken in decent lighting (no selfies), no sunglasses. Show us your style but make sure we can see your face! The better the photo, the better your chance of being submitted. Everyone will be hand picked by the director and producer.

4) If you have submitted before, state what you submitted for.

*NOTE: NAME YOUR JPEG PHOTO WITH YOUR FULL NAME!!!
Click on the photo and it will give you an option to re-name the file, Re-name it with your full name. We need you to start doing this on every submission.

There will be a lot of opportunities to be cast on the show, if you submit incorrectly, it will be noted.
