After “Burning the Furnace”, Scott Cooper and Christian Bale are pairing up once again for a feature film called “Hostiles”. The Western drama will be filming this summer in Santa Fe, New Mexico. So if you have always wanted to hit the big screen, here is your grand opportunity. Synopsis
This movie takes place in 1892, where a veteran army captain played by the Oscar winning actor Christian Bale is instructed to escort a dying Cheyenne chief with his family to their aboriginal tribal land. This group has to make a perilous journey from the adverse land of New Mexico till the grasslands of Montana. On their way they meet a widow whose loving family was brutally murdered on the plains they are crossing. It is a tale filled with interesting characters and exciting adventures.
The screenplay for Hostiles has been written by the Scott Cooper. This particular version is the reinvention of a manuscript written thirty years back by Donald Stewart. After this venture Bale will appear in “Knight of Cup”.
Open Casting Call for ‘Hostiles’
The casting directors for this major motion film are Rene Haynes casting who are working alongside. Mindhunter Casting requires the following:
Native American girl or boy
A young boy or girl of 6 – 10 years of age is required for a speaking role in the film. There are no requirements for prior acting experience. The applicants will be interviewed briefly and shall be videotaped as well. Parents or guardian must accompany the children. Since it is an open call, you are requested to be patient for your turn. Date and Time: The auditions will be carried out On Saturday 14th May, 2016 and Sunday 15th May, 2016. The timings for both the days are 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Location: The auditions will take place in Warehouse 21, 1614 Paseo de Peralta in Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501.
Pay scale: The actors will be paid according to SAG which is $900 per day or $3145 per week.

Proficient horse riders are required for the motion film. The ages of the riders must be 18 – 40 years at most. They must be of slender built and quite athletic. They should have long hair.
