“First Man” Starring Ryan Gosling Casting Now

Casting directors are now hiring background actors for a new feature film taking place in Atlanta, Georgia. Producers are looking for talent to work on scenes filming this October through January. They are specifically looking for people to play mission control extras, military extras, engineers, NASA employees and featured roles in an upcoming Ryan Gosling movie.

This new feature film is about the incredible legacy of Neil A. Armstrong and his journey to the moon.  It will be directed by Academy Award winning director Damien Chazelle. After serving as a Navy pilot in World War II, Neil Armstrong joined the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics, the precursor to NASA, as a test pilot and engineer. His first mission as an astronaut was Gemini 8 in 1962, during which he performed the first successful docking of two vehicles in space. On July 21st, 1969 he became the first person to walk on the moon as part of Apollo 11. Ryan Gosling will play a young Neil Armstrong in what will surely be a fantastic feature film.
