About

Pitch is a new FOX show about a young female pitcher trying to break into Major League Baseball. She defies all of the odds when she tries out for the San Diego Padres and makes the team. The show follows her and struggles with being the first female in the MLB. She wants to gain the respect of her teammates and her enemies, but it is not as nearly as she initially thinks.

The show is categorized as a drama and is from the creators of successful FOX dramas. Gotham is known for its unique take on a well known story, and Pitch will likely do the same.
