House of Cards is now casting extras to work as background extras in on Tuesday, October 18th. Casting directors are looking for talent to work on scenes filming in Baltimore, Maryland.

House of Cards is about political genius Francis Underwood and his wife and partner-in-crime Claire The show aims to portray the intensity of being a politician when making life altering decisions. In season 1 we say Frank Underwood rise to power, in season 5 we see him fight to keep his power while he campaigns for the presidency. Underwood is played marvelously by Kevin Spacey.
The show has filmed in Baltimore since the first episode, but it takes place in Washington, DC. They film in Maryland because the city offers filming incentives for both film and TV shows, with TV producers able to access a tax credit of up to 27%.
