Casting directors are casting talent to work on the new movie Ocean’s 8. They are specifically seeking actresses to work as a photo double for the actress Helena Bonham Carter in the movie and all types of background extras for future scenes.

Ocean’s Eight will follow a team of female thieves working together to steal a necklace from the Met Ball and frame a crooked gallery owner for the crime. It is an extension and continuation of the infamous Ocean’s series that featured mostly male actors in starring roles. Ocean’s Eight will feature a full all-star cast of women including Sandra Bullock, Sarah Paulson, Helena Bonham Carter, Anne Hathaway, Cate Blanchett, Mindy Kaling, Rihanna and Awkwafina. Fans of the long time series are very excited for a new and exciting twist to an already exciting franchise.

When you enter the audition, be courteous, friendly, and confident. Make eye contact with the people you are auditioning for and be yourself. Once your audition is done, thank the casting people for their time. Keep in mind that they are going to have to reject a lot of people that day, so if you are rejected try not to take it personally. This is a great opportunity to act in a featured movie with a big budget. You will meet industry professionals that know what it takes to be successful.
