CBS is about to introduce a new show by the name of MacGyver.
Details about the Show
The production of the show has begun but the team is looking for background roles. The show will cast Lucas Till, who was seen in the X-Men movie.
Till plays the role of a resourceful agent who uses innovative ways to get out of tricky situations. He uses everyday items like a Swiss knife, rubber bands, and chewing gum to get out of sticky situations. Another cast member of the show is Joshua Boone, who was seen in Fan Girl. The pilot of the show is co-written by Brett Mahoney and Paul Downs Colaizzo. The director of the show is David Von Ancken.
The show features a twenty-year-old Angus MacGyver (the role played by Lucas Till). MacGyver has been recruited in the clandestine organization from the original series where he uses his power and understanding to solve problems. His ways are a little unconventional when it comes to solving problems. The show is basically prequel to the original series, where the role of MacGyver was played by Richard Dean Anderson. This time around the role of bone will be played by gunner, who is basically MacGyver’s close friend since high school.
The filming of the series will take place in Atlanta from July till December of 2016.

The casting director is currently looking for men and women in their late 20s till their early 50s. It is important that all the people look wealthy and have formal attires that help them fit in their roles. The female candidates should have formal gowns or cocktail dresses, whereas the men should own suits and tuxedos. Young Caucasian boys between the ages of 9 to 11 years are required. The subjects should have fair skin and blonde hair. All the photographs submitted should be current and it is important to include should include ‘Young MacGyver’ in the subject line of the email.
