One of the funniest comedy movies will be holding an open casting call in New York City as ‘Ted 2’ is preparing to start production. The producers are looking those who are interested in being extras in the movie and are taking applications from both actors, models, and other types of talent at this time. Those who attend the open casting call will be filling the roles of attendees at a Comic-Con convention, which means that you must be willing to wear a costume during the filming. You are expected to provide your own costume and it must fit the Comic-Con theme, as well as be on the casting directors pre-approved list of costumes.

We ask that you respect this list and come to the open call dressed appropriately for this role in order to be considered for a spot in ‘Ted 2’. It’s also important to know that attending casting calls for movies is one of the best ways to pick up great acting experience from actors Mark Wahlberg and Seth McFarlane who will constantly be on set.
The open casting call will be held by Central Casting of New York on this Friday and Saturday, which is September 19th and 20th. The open casting call will begin at 10am and last until 3 pm, so if you are interested you should appear at 101 W. 31st, 16th FL New York, NY 10001 to be considered. We also ask that only those of you are 18 years of age or older apply for this acting job, but we are looking for both men and women of all ethnicities.
So feel free to attend the open casting call in New York this upcoming weekend to have a chance to be in ‘Ted 2’. You can also sign up with our talent services database to have a chance at other casting opportunities that will be coming out this year.
