Everyones favorite nerds are back for another season of The Big Bang Theory on CBS. Created by Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady and when the third season premiered on September 21, 2009, The Big Bang Theory ranked as CBS’s highest-rated show of that evening. The show is centered on five characters: roommates Leonard Hofstadter and Sheldon Cooper, two physicists employed at the California Institute of Technology; Penny, a waitress and aspiring actress who lives across the hall. The casting directors are now looking for numerous extra roles in the new season of the Big Bang Theory and this would be a awesome opportunity for anyone that is looking to break into the industry.
Leonard Hofstadter and Sheldon Cooper are both brilliant physicists working at Cal Tech in Pasadena, California. They are colleagues, best friends, and roommates, although in all capacities their relationship is always tested primarily by Sheldon’s regimented, deeply eccentric, and non-conventional ways. They are also friends with their Cal Tech colleagues mechanical engineer Howard Wolowitz and astrophysicist Rajesh Koothrappali. The foursome spend their time working on their individual work projects, playing video games, watching science-fiction movies, or reading comic books. As they are self-professed nerds, all have little or no luck with popular women. When Penny, a pretty woman and an aspiring actress originally from Omaha, moves into the apartment next to Leonard and Sheldon’s, Leonard has another aspiration in life, namely to get Penny to be his girlfriend.

I am 33 years old 4ft 6’in tall, and 76 lbs. I’m short and tiny, but that is what makes me unique. I have done acting in High School. Casted in plays as Godspell (Disciple), Life with Mother Superior (chorus/ensemble), Little Shop of Horrors (chorus/ensemble), and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (chorus/ensemble). I didn’t continue with theater in college. Mainly but I was afraid my height would prevent me from being casted. So I obtained a Bachelors in Science. However, a part of me has always regretted not continuing with theater, and wondering if I might have been successful.
Being part of the Big Bang Theory (which I have fallen in love with the show) would be a great opportunity for me. Not only would it allow me to be a little part of something big, but it would give me a chance to do something I have missed. To act. Even if it is just for one day.

When I tell people how old I am, they look at me in awe. I’ll be 21 in April, but I usually look like I’m 16. Being tiny tends to do that to people. However, I have a sharp hourglass figure, and I’m corset trained.
Sometimes my friends call me Mary, which also seemed appropriate for my Korean teacher and classmates to call me. “Maryann” is a bit awkward in the Korean language. I know bits a pieces of a few languages and I want to someday be fluent in at least three.
I go to Montgomery College and am transferring to the University of Maryland for a degree in Criminal Justice. My focus will be Forensic Science. If you’ve seen NCIS, you know Pauley Perrette’s character of Abby. I want to be Abby incarnate.
Judging from the sheer diversity in the friends that I have (9+ groups), I’d say I’m a very accepting, friendly person. I can also be very abstract, and people sometimes describe me as eccentric, humble, and sometimes paradoxical. You could also ask me anything and I’ll respond truthfully. Why would I have anything to hide?
I’m also a giant nerd. I love video games, video game music, conventions, science fiction, anime, Dungeons and Dragons (I’m not even kidding), and tabletop and strategy board games.
