Pilot Casting Call for USA Network

We have some great news! USA Network is finally casting for their new picked up TV Pilot “Paging Dr. Freed”! Among other network shows that are being produced by the network, this one is definitely one that is getting tons of buzz. It took years for this to happen but this pilot which is a comedy that is being shot in a single-camera feed is definitely worth the wait!

“Paging Dr. Freed” is definitely similar to the FX popular series “Nip/Tuck”… except this time, it’s a comedy!

Apart from the other shows on USA Network mostly centering around detectives, cops, crime, and thrills,

this is definitely a different move for the network.  This project is about two gynecologist brothers who receive their father’s medical practice and try to figure out what to do with it. It is written by Michael Feldman and co-created by Leary and Bob Fisher. Definitely a series worth tuning into once it is completed.

The pilot casting directors are in search of talent of all ages and ethnicities to play patients, featured talent, actors, extras, and featured extras in the shoots. The project is set to start shooting early fall around September this year. Talent should have a prepared resume and comp card for auditions. Auditions may have talent read parts depending on the versatility of the part you are auditioning for. If you are in the area and would love to audition, please send in your headshot to the casting department. Make sure all of your information is clear! More audition information will be provided for talent called into the auditions. Good luck!
