The sixth season of The Vampire Diaries is set to start airing this fall, and casting directors are holding casting calls for extras in Atlanta, GA to work immediately. This newest season of The Vampire Diaries will feature a familiar cast re-adjusting their lives after the tragic loss of friends and loved ones in Season 5. With Mystic Falls being absent of both magic and supernatural beings there is a new way of life that people must get used to, while also trying to cope with the loss of Damon and Bonnie to the “other side”. Now Elena, Stefan, and the rest of the cast must find ways to put their lives together as they have to deal with more unanswered questions and face new challenges on the way.
Information on the Casting Call for The Vampire Diaries Scene
The producers who are conducting these acting auditions for The CW are looking for both models and actors who live in the Atlanta area to work on an upcoming scene that will take place in a hospital on Tuesday, October 21st. Therefore, the casting directors are making a point to focus on men and women who can portray nurses, doctors, and EMTs, as well as individuals who are available to work for a minimum of 10 to 12 hours that day. We understand that this casting call may come across as a very last minute request, but there are still openings available for those who are willing and able to work.
It’s important to remember that this is a casting call in Atlanta, GA and that you must live in close proximity to the filming location to be considered as an extra. You must also be between the ages of 18 and 46 in order to be cast as a EMT, nurse, or doctor. All submissions can be sent directly to tvdextracasting@gmail.com with the subject line being “MEDICAL”. Also, if you’re interested in attending the casting call for The Vampire Diaries you must also send in a recent photograph of yourself, your name, age, weight, height, and all clothing and shoe sizes. You can also sign up or leave a comment below to be considered for other acting auditions and jobs in your area as well.
