Casting Call for FOX Network Show Hell’s Kitchen

Gordon Ramsay is back and holding a casting call! The world renowned chef Ramsay will be putting together another team of talented chefs to be making meals and proving their skills on the FOX Network television show “Hell’s Kitchen”. In turn they are determining who will win the restaurant of their dreams. With chef Ramsey down their back, the chefs are under fire as they try to make their dreams become reality instead of complete nightmares. The show is broadcast on FOX Network and has been on television since 2005.

This American reality television show is a cooking competition that has been popular since it’s premiere. “Hell’s Kitchen” is directed by Sharon Trojan Hollinger as Gordon Ramsey is the executive producer. Granada Entertainment and A. Smith & Co. Productions is responsible for the production of the show. “Hell’s Kitchen” keeps audiences interested and on their toes during the entire episode. Ramsey’s harsh rants and criticisms are what makes the show so interesting for audiences and the competitors on set. If a dish for examples doesn’t fit his standards of what he is looking for, Ramsey would verbally go after each opponent to humble them and let them know they need to improve. He certainly does not sugar-coat anything.

Stars Gordon Ramsay, Jean Phillippe Susilovic, and Scott Leibfried are what keeps the content of the show moving. Casting directors are holding major casting calls for talent who have chef experience, extras for some of the scenes, audience members who would want to try some of the things, restaurant patrons etc. Looking for talented chefs ages 21 and up, no older than 65 years old. As far as all of the other talent, as long as you are over the age of 4 years old. Submit a professional photo/head shot along with all of your contact information in order to be considered for the casting call. Once each talent is interviewed and auditioned with, they will have an opportunity to audition for the show. Call backs will be held shortly after that. Talent should definitely be prepared to bring their portfolio and resume to auditions. The chefs will have a separate audition process as opposed to the extras and other talent. Good luck!

  1. I would love a chance to be on Hell’s Kitchen. I have been cooking my entire life and consider my food to always be enjoyed. Everyone always wants an invite to my dinners.

  2. I am a father of four wonderful boys, but I also consider myself a father to a beautiful little girl. I have always loved to cook. I sometimes doubt myself but with the support of two people I believe I can win Hell’s Kitchen. While I have no culinary schooling and I learned from my family and Waffle House I truly believe that I can take anything that Chef Ramsay can throw at me. I love being in the kitchen and I hope I am chosen to show the world what I’ve got to offer.

  3. Definitley want to try out for Hell’s Kitchen. Definitley when I turn 21 or 22. I am turning 20 in May been cooking all my life with a culinary background of Asian Cuisine. Known for my Baking more but I definitley think I can use my pastry skills to make dishes that will give it a pop. I maybe young but damn sure I got a dream to be a chef. I currently go to culinary school, I have my Certificate and will have my associates by August of this Year. I am known as the “singing chef” I am a chef that loves to sing but cook as well and just like my singing, It’s going to be flavorful with flare.

  4. I have been cooking sence I was 18 and I would love to further my career at the age of 46. For my families benefit. Cooking is my passion. I cook at the Cherokee restaurant in Geary Oklahoma. Home of the Buffalo burgers. My dream one day is to have my own restaurant. I believe customers come first.

  5. First, the basics, I am 26 years old and currently live in Denton, Texas. I am married with a 4-year-old son and succeeding in my family life as well as my career is my main goal in life. I am a supervisor in the banquet kitchen of a major resort currently but I have worked my way up from cleaning tables to where I am today. I push myself every single day to improve on everything from management of my fellow cooks to knife skills. I strive to learn everything I can from everyone I meet. Whether they are above or below myself in rank does not matter. I feel that everyone has something to teach in this industry. I had the amazing opportunity to work beside LaTasha, a previous Hell’s Kitchen winner. She taught me so much even before she went to be on the show and it was an honor to learn from her. I am extremely competitive and will give my EVERYTHING to prove that even a young cook like myself can be considered one of the best. I will stop at nothing to excel in this industry and I know just being in this competition will make me a better person both in and out of the kitchen. If I am selected, America will not be disappointed. Like i said, my family is very important to me and me going for this competition not only means I get to test my metal against the best of the best, but I get to show my son that he should always reach for the stars if he is TRULY passionate about something.

  6. Have any of you people pouring your hearts out actually submitted an application to audition? The directions say to fill out the info boxes, above, ans submit a professional photo or headshot. These comments are only read by web surfers who hit this page.

Also, if you are going to address a comment to Chef Ramsay, it would be helpful to learn how to spell his name. So many of you are spelling it “Ramsey”…not the way to impress. If you can’t take the time to be sure your spelling is correct, your sentences well formed and your reasons for wanting to audition are sound, (One woman only cooks at home. Hell’s Kitchen is for professional chefs.)why should even the web surfers give you respect?

    I mean…really!

  7. I want to be a contestant on hells kitchen i am a pbenomenal cook please choose me i wont disappoint you i have what it takes to win ypull see…

  8. I have a passion for cooking that goes beyond the regular strive for perfection in this industry. I may only be a home chef but I have the pallet of heart of any chef with years of experience in a commercial kitchen; I would love the chance to prove that I am worthy of being chef Ramsey’s next top chef opening. Its not what you know its how you use what you have to cook something delicious to more than just a few.

  9. hi, my name is Mani and i would love to apply for the next season for hell´s kitchen. I was born and raised in germany and start my apprenticeship when I was 16 years old. 10. To Whom It may Concern,
My name is Wiley and I’m the guy you are looking for! I will be the next winner of Hell’s Kitchen if I’m let anywhere near that Kitchen in L.A. because I’ve got the goods. Even though I’m 47-years-old, I still look damn good and I can cook anything, anytime. Old dogs and new tricks? Bring it!
On another note, I have a wife with some pretty severe health issues and two sons who I would be able to take care of, and provide for, a lot better than I do now making $10/hr. I have extensive food service experience. I’ve been tutored by more than 15 chefs. But I keep ending up in lousy jobs which do not pay. C’est la vie. I survive And I’m a very happy and optimistic person.
Lastly, I had an idea to make a donkey shaped donut if I needed to send in a video to Gordon. I was then going to tell my doughnut that it was a donkey And a doughnut as an imitation/flattery of Ramsey’s favorite cut-downs.
So, if you do not mind, and you are not too busy, please let Gordon et al know that you just heard from his next chef:)
P.S. Please ask Gordon to offer me a restaurant position in L.A., Miami, or Hawaii. I’m allergic to New Jersey and Las Vegas. Thanks!!!

  11. Hello, is it brie you’re looking for ?
I got the fries to cross your eyes

I don’t want to be another one to bite the crust, so please don’t go bacon my heart.

  16. I’ve been professionally cooking sense I was 15 years old. Food is what I do. I pour who I am into every oppertunity I get to create a dish for others to enjoy, to experience. That’s because experiences are my goal. Food has to be much more than just sustenance to fill the belly. Food has the ability to take you back to memories, emotions, and it should. Hells kitchen wants me to be a part of this new season. I’m likeable , sociable. But I’m also extremely competitive and cocky. I will be the best. I will make great TV and an even better chef for Chef Ramsey!

But when i was 18 yrs old my father got diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and i had to put my career on hold to care for my father and he was my best friend and as i got older my fathers heart was breaking cause i was struggling to take of him and all he wanted me to do is to succeed at what im good at/ cooking. but a couple yrs ago he finally passed away without seeing me do what we dreamed of, my being a world famous chef. my father and me have watched every season of hell’s kitchen together and he always told me to put an application in to compete but I couldn’t ever take the time to due to his health and now my mother is growing ill and before its to late this will be my last chance to go on the show. It’s because of chef Gordon Ramsey I want to be a career chef so now I am capable of being a contestant on hell’s kitchen which is and ever was my dream and my fathers. so please to make my wish and my dads wish come true and accept my application

  19. Hey guys, my name is Dalton Wendt I’m 21 years young from Galena, Kansas. I grew up in the restaurant business. My dad and my mother we’re both incredible chefs. That said i hope you can consider me as one of your contestants that would be an honor just to work by your side and learn more
    Thank you Gordon Ramsay

    Anthony Garcia

  21. I’m so sure this is how you get on Hell’s Kitchen. The people who made this page can’t even consistently spell Gordon Ramsay correct in one paragraph! As Chef Ramsay would say, “f$%# off you donkeys!”

Good luck to all the morons who think this is how you get on the show!

  22. I am a skilled chef with over 30 years of experience in cooking, operating restaurants, and managing dining services as well as one of the featured Chefs on Fox 6 News. I would like to showcase my talent and leadership skills and put Bessemer , Alabama on the map. Chef Ramsey you never had a chef on last name Cook.

  23. I have an extreme passion for food that started from an early age. I am always looking for the next challenge in my career. I have experience ranging from line cook to Kitchen Manager. I have dreamed of being on this show since it’s premiere.

  24. I am a single mother, living in Temecula CA, a part time student, and an artist. I have been working since I was 9 years old. Worked in numerous restaurant, as a waiter and cook. I have been working as a caterer for the past 2 years. I spend most of my free time volunteering for the local museum where I am in charge of making food ( appetizers) for their art openings. I like to be frugal, using local produce and organic meats and poultry; fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs are a must in my kitchen. I love cooking! I can do it with my eyes closed. I would take this opportunity if is given to me, and make amazing meals and will prove to all the others chefs that cooking is taking the heat the passion and love for cooking to the next level. If you can’t stand the heat in the kitchen you have to get out. Working next to chef Ramsay will be a dream came true.

    Thanks

  26. I LOVE FOOD I LOVE EATING AND I LOVE COOKING!
My name is Anthony, I’m 24. I have been cooking since I was six years old. My mother first taught me how to cook scrambled eggs. I consider myself a natural born chef. I have worked in kitchens most of my life. From dish washing to serving to prep cooking for popular restaurants in Charleston, SC. I personally love cooking, exploring new dishes, and experimenting with different ingredients. Competing for the chance to own a restaurant to me, would be like touching the sky. It is one of my goals in life to open a restaurant. I believe I have what it takes. I have a million ideas to bring to the table, or better-said, stove. PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME AND GIVE ME A CHANCE! (I’m a surgeon with a cutting board and a knife set)

  27. I am a fan of both Chef Ramsey and Hell’s Kitchen, I am currently working as a line cook in a small hotel in Maine . I have done all forms of cooking from residential – Catering and would love the opportunity to show my skills and these kids how it is done. I have a passion for food and have been cooking since i was about 6 yrs old. I want to show the world you truly can teach an old dog new tricks and after watching this seasons show, Chef you really need some people who know what they are doing,

  28. I’m the head chef at The Golf Course at Branch River. I’ve been cooking for 18 years. All learned from on the job experience. I started from the dish pit and worked my butt off t where I today! I love food and have a passion and driver for cooking! Its my life other than my daughter! :)

  29. Cooking is a passion for me. For a long time I thought it was the only thing I was good at. I was told at a young age that I was incapable of learning due to my ADHD. I was held back a grade and sent for evaluations monthly. After graduating from High School I turned to the streets. I was told I wasn’t good at anything and I believed it ,and wasted many years of my life. Once I met my wife my life changed. She saw something in me that no one ever seen. Although I had restaurant jobs as a dish washer and worked my way up to the line I never thought it would manifest into anything. Once I was able to heal and rise above all the lies that were told me as a child, I took my cooking to another level. I have been cooking ever since and I love each moment of it. I would love to have the opportunity to be on Hell’s Kitchen and be mentored and judges by Chef Ramsey. This has been a dream of mine for a few years now. I pray I will be able to experience such an amazing opportunity and show people that they too can overcome.

  30. I am an island girl from Hawaii who at a young age had dreams of becoming a chef. I have the passion and drive to be Gordon Ramsay’s next head chef and hell’s kitchen winner.
I am one of those people that never get heard, shown or even acknowledged for such great talent. I just want the chance to be heard.
I want to be a part of that HK team, growing and showing my personality as a chef, earning that black jacket and most of all winning and becoming Gordon Ramsay’s next head chef!

    Mahalo !

  31. Ever since I was 10 years old I had a love for food that soon turned into a passion. I spent all my time in the kitchen playing with different recipes and inventing dishes of my own. The older I got the more my love for food grew until I eventually became a chef at my job. I’m very artistic and meticulous with my dishes taking my skills with music and art and combining those qualities into my dishes. I don’t just cook the food I make love to it my heart and soul goes into my dishes they are creations of art. This would be the greatest honor and achievement to be on hells kitchen and I believe I have what it takes to be your next chef. I’m already a leader and have the focus and mind power to strive. I have the patience and the desire to keep on pushing. and when times are rough I just remember my dream to own my own business one day and bounce back twice as hard three times as strong. My dedication and my passion for food will take me far.

  32. I’m 28 years old, a prep and line cook. I’ve been cooking for 13 years now and my passion and fire for cooking is always expanding from different levels. I’ve been in a couple of kitchens and learning from lots about cooking from my mom, we’ve worked together for ten years now from just working in two different kitchen. Presently I’m working on new menu items for the resturant I’m currently working for, always trying to create and test all the dishes that I put out and always a great replies. Being on Hells Kitchen would definitely for fill everything in my culinary dream knowing i know how to work under pressure, consistant and 110 percent everyday.

  33. Hey, my name is Behai Nguyen and I believe that I should be chosen as one of the competitors for Hell’s Kitchen. I have been in the restaurant industry for a little over 10 years. I have an Associate and Bachelor’s in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu MSP/STPAUL. I have been in love with food ever since I was a child and growing up in a Vietnamese household, I was able to try many different types of food and learn how to use different ingredients to bring together a beautiful dish that has flavor and complexity. I want to show my skills and experience with the world and I believe Hell’s Kitchen is the gateway to do so. I will work hard and continue to outshine others by bringing my own techniques and style of food. My style of cooking is includes turning old comfort dishes such as lasagna into a healthier version by using tofu and nuts to create the a similar texture as Ricotta cheese, which will cut out the unnecessary calories without taking away any of the comfort. I love to innovate and have great dedication to the art of cooking. Winning this competition would mean the world to me and my family. I have not made the best decisions in my life and my parents always had to bail me out and now that I have grown as a person, I want to give back to my parents and show them that I am able to achieve something greater. I am ambitious and driven and I know I will give the other competitors a run for their money.

  34. I want to be on Hell’s Kitchen because I want to take my cooking to another level. I’ve been in restaurants for 12 years of my life and because of my ability to hold down any position in the kitchen at will I usually get stuck on the line instead of being promoted off the line into bigger and better positions. I’ve been a student of the culinary world my whole life! I work 2 jobs (line cook at both) and I refuse to do anything other than cook and if given the opportunity to be on the show I will shine brighter than the rest because thats what I do and I’ve never had a chance to do it on a large scale before but I’m up for the challenge. I’m also one Helll Of A Guy too!

  35. I want to be on hells kitchen because I know I can win it Im just naturally talented and I want to show the culinary world what I can do

  36. I have had a passion for food since I helped my parents out when I was little. I am obnoxious and big-headed when it comes to food. I am efficient and every server I work with wants me to be there cook. I have cooked for 13 years and I know what I am doing. In the years working I have probably a 1 percent rate of food that may come back to me. I know how to handle the heat of the kitchen and I will let know one come in my way. I have always wanted more and things in life just have not gotten me there, but I am ready. This is my oppurtunity to show what I am made of. Not only do I cook, but people I work with that know this show, do know I will go far. This is my life and I cook at home and everyone loves it. I AM READY!!

  37. I will make this short and simple I believe I should be on Hell’s Kitchen because cooking is my passion I love making high end food for people that will take the time to taste it. I am a mother and wife and want to be the most high end chef around my small town please consider me .

  38. Ok I tried out a few years ago and only got to day 2 of the tryouts well now I will bring it moved to a new state and learning from better chefs. The one thing I want todo this time is show them how I can cook not just talk about how I can cook.

  39. While most hopeful applicants will rave about how they eat breath and sleep cooking, I am not that person and that is where my problem lies. I am the most sought after dish at the company potlucks or the go to gal for desserts at family functions. I was the pantry/pastry chef at Cracked Pepper Bistro, I was top of the class in culinary school hell I even designed a dessert menu for a fine dining restaurant that was opening while I was still in school. My talent is not the issue. My issue is fear. I’m afraid to try. I’m afraid to fail. I’m afraid of being mediocre. I’m afraid of not being able to exceed expectations so I quit before I even gave myself the opportunity to fail. That’s why I am applying for Hell’s Kitchen. I have reluctantly left the culinary industry and have not been able to return because of my fear. I need some encouragement that only Chef Ramsey can give. By that I mean verbal lashings and discipline. The ‘encouragement’ to get everything perfect every time. This type of encouragement will only push me harder to succeed. I can’t be mediocre. I can’t be just ok. I have to be the best.

  41. Good evening folks my name is Quanise Pack and i am a line cook. Ive been cooking since i was a young one. Cooking allows me to bring out the inner me but also the creativity within food itself. Food is a art no matter how you look at it and i was my plate as my canvis. Im a person that will take sinple ingredients to produce a five star plate. A cook can make anything out of food, but a real chef can make creations out of scarps. 56. I’m a good cook I just want to be on your show and work with you I think you’re the most awesomest chef alive

  57. Hello my name is Lateira I’ve been cooking since I was 10 years old. Food is my passion I love to cook and I love when people enjoy my food. One thing I have learned about food is they can teach you how to make it look pretty but they can’t teach you how to make it taste great!! I would love a chance to be on hell’s kitchen to show the world that it doesn’t always take school to have a gift like mines for food.

  58. I HAVE BEEN A SOUS CHEF FOR 9 YEARS AND JUST TOOK A CHEF POSITION HAVE A LOT TO LEARN. BUT UP TO NEW EXPERIENCES. COOKING IS MY PASSION, I WOULD LOVE CHANCE TO WORK AS CHEF RAMSAY’S NEXT CHEF. MY ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO OWN MY OWN RESTAURANT,WHAT A BETTER WAY BUT TO WORK WITH CHEF RAMSAY

  62. Hi, I am Leticia! I am currently the Chef at The Center for Courageous Kids in KY, where I am responsible for feeding children with serious, lifelong diseases and conditions. I just finished Culinary School after I had to take some time off to care for my mother who was going through Breast Cancer. I am a very passionate person, and most would say that there is almost nothing I cannot achieve that I set my mind to doing. I have a true passion for food, and mostly for the people who are enjoying it. I feel that it is my responsibility to ensure that every person leaves satisfied. I would love an opportunity to show my passion to the world, and so them that even a “Camp Chef” can have some fire in them.

  63. I am a 55 year old food salesman that has been in the food industry for almost all of my life. I have an abundant amount of energy and a great positive attitude. My wife and I have had a catering business for 25 years and have owned two restaurants. I would love an opportunity to be on Hells Kitchen and believe I would be an interesting and entertaining addition. And I would LOVE to meet Chef Ramsay.

  64. Hello! My name is Lynda I’m a home chef head of my kitchen, I can cook just about everything, I’m good at bringing the favor out of food, and as a result your going to want more. I’m very interested in being on Hell’s Kitchen and working with Chef Ramsay.

  65. I am a young sou chef. I’ve been working in the kitchen for 5 years but the kitchen is my life. I can see my self running a restaurant. Any task I get I do it 110 percent. I have management experience. & I like to master every kitchen position in a restaurant. I love that there is always something new to learn in a kitchen & pleasing people’s every taste bud is the only thought I have when I am in the heat.

  66. Hello I’m so excited about this show! To have the opportunity to be apart of such a great gift is awesome.

  67. Hello, I have worked as a cook now for almost 20 years. I have done everything from high volume cafeterias to mom and pop operations. I’ve been a single dad for almost 12 years now, and I’m feeling that now that my girls are a bit older, it’s time to expand my horizons. I am an avid watcher of the show and I believe I have the drive necessary to survive the onslaught that can only come from chef Ramsey and Hell’s Kitchen! I’m the type of person that needs to take leaps to progressive in life, so with that, my determination, and my love to please the pallete of my customers, I would most surely give this show my all with every fiber of my being! I use my failures to derive my strengths and I think it’s time to show chef Ramsey, my kids and the world just how strong life had made me! Thanks for your time!

  68. Since i entered high school, i always was in culinary class. ALways stayed late to talk to the chef more, learn more, help any where i could. But my life turned for another course, cooking a passion, and i want to feel passionate again. I want to make people smile and feel good while their eating my meals. Most of all i just want to do something i want, some thing i like for once in my life. I am turn 21 this coming up month and i set my self a goal, to learn everything i can about the kitchen, being a chef.

Thanks for the chance to atleast be able to make it here.

She always told me “Ivy, one day I’m gonna get the chance to be on here and show what I can do.” She has had cooking experience and further learned how to cook for over 14 years and has truly enjoyed it. And she wants to have an opportunity to learn personally new things to cook and do. She has always idled this show and it would be a once in a lifetime experience she could have to show everyone what she can do and to get new looks on cooking things.

  71. I have worked in many different restaurant in my life I know how to cook all kinds of food and have been a manager of a pizza restaurant and work. 72. Hello again!! I was flown out for season11/12..was in LA for 4 days, went through the whole process, but sadly didn’t make it..well im back and ready to take whats rightfully mine. Been in the kitchen since 8 years old, I have no culinary experience, just handson experience, wrking for great chefs, and experimenting has made me the culinary crusher I am today!! Give me your best shot, throw me any curve balls, I promise ..ill hit a home run every time! ;) I got something for you. Are YOU ready?????? -Chef Kim.

  73. I am a 47-year-old Executive Chef with over 30-years of cooking experience. I would be great for the show because I have a magnetic personality. I have an identical twin brother who is also an Executive Chef. We are very competitive. I am married and have 8 kids.

  74. I am a culinary professional with 23 years experience in the BOH. I have opened 7 restaurants in my career, 4 as a corporate trainer for Oceanaire Seafood Room: San Diego, Atlanta, Houston and Denver, while based out of Seattle. I have worked with Tom Douglas, Kevin Davis, Brian Malarkey and many other NW notables. One of my sushi rolls is on the menu at Portland City Grill-the highest grossing restaurant in the NW.
I have gained my experience in this industry from independently owned neighborhood cafes and gastro pubs to world class resorts (The Heathman Hotel,Portland. The Grand Wailea Resort & Spa, Maui.)
I am a talented visual artist with a career in culinary. I am experienced, skilled, creative, smart, quick, and can easily multi-task in a fast paced environment-always with an artist’s eye for detail.
I am competitive, competent, and strong, and I feel I could be the next winning Chef on Hells Kitchen.

  75. My grandmother had a restaurant and I use to be in there all day after school after my homework was done. And I came u with my own like menu. I just love the sound of sizzling. Just love it I can really put it down in the kitchen.

  76. I am interested if there are any potential auditions for Hell’s Kitchen season 15. I would love an opportunity to showcase my skills and ambition. I have followed Gordon Ramsey and his success for many years and it would be such a great opportunity to learn from him.
I attended culinary school from 2006-2008 and apprenticed under a honored James Beard graduate Eric Carter. I progressed quickly in my culinary career and was appointed to be his Sous Chef at 21 years old. I have a passion for the culinary arts. Even though I no longer have a professional culinary based job, I was able to turn my passion into a part time business that I manage called Taylor Made Cakes. I would love more information on casting and audition information. I appreciate any feedback you would be willing to share with me.

  77. I would like a shot at Hell’s Kitchen because I know that I have a chance at winning. Im a former firefighter and army veteran and I have enjoyed cooking throughouy my entire life. I have my first kid on the way and want a new, solid career to support my family with.

  78. I am 28 years old and I was born and raised in Atlanta. I’ve cooked and about five different restaurants over the past 10 years and I have experience in many different types of cooking. The first restaurant I ever cooked for was called Loco’s and it was kind of like a sports bar with the wings, burgers, and other different kinds of food. I learn best hands on so I believe Colaneri school would be a waste of time and a waste of money. I am very competitive and I do not like to lose. From what I see, with the constant mistakes on Hells kitchen such as not being able to cook scallops or risotto I believe I can destroy any competition that comes my way. Some of the chefs don’t even know that you have to let scallops rest on a separate plate when you take them out of the skillet or the salamander or however you are cooking them before you sell it to a customer. I’ve seen lots of pathetic cooks and I want to show these people how it’s done. I’m not trying to sound arrogant whatsoever I am just very confident and I have seen some poor cooks on the show. I never went to culinary school and I’ve never been the head chef theater at a restaurant but I don’t make mistakes in the kitchen. I’m positive if I was given the chance I will when Hells kitchen.

    • By the way I’m aware of how to spell culinary the dang AutoCorrect changes simple things.

  79. As a young chef and recent Graduate of Johnson & Wales University at the age of 21, I am highly committed and dedicated to this business and more in depth with the Farm to Table movement. While working under many chefs, Fine Dining & Michelin Star Restaurants in Manhattan and Galway, Ireland; i come with high standards, potential and technique. I write this in humility with an understanding that i have much to learn as a young chef. To chef on reality TV and under Gordon Ramsey would be the next level i need to make my reality put my dreams to shame. With all that i have been through all my life mentally, physically and spiritually, one can see my dedication, passion and proper attitude to excel in this industry. At the end of the day why do i cook? I dont just cook, i support my local farmers working with them, i support the environment and ultimately plan to change lives through the food i create and standards i set. I want this Challenge more than ever.

  80. I’m a Great cook alot of energy very optimistic and aware at all times.I’m also a Quick learner and would love to learn from one of the best.

  81. I have been a cook all my life and it is all I know how to do well. I currently work for Applebee’s and for Bar 145. I work 70 hours a week cooking for people and yet when I get my day off on Sundays I use it cooking for my family because it helps me relax and express myself. I want to do this not just for myself but to show my kids that you can be successful doing what you love. I dont know everything I should going into this but I am a quick learner and so hardheaded to not give up. Please give me this chance.

  82. Although I am not a professional chef, I have always taken great pleasure in cooking a great meal for others. If I can satisfy someone’s palate, I feel as if I have given that person an experience they could get from nowhere else, a richer, more developed life of pleasure and taste. I am a fanatic about my food, but I also have so much to learn about being a great cook, let alone a great chef. To be under Chef Ramsay’s stern, guiding hand – that would be undeniably tough, but it would also really be something! I believe he would not find a more appreciative student, and I think I have what it takes to rise to the challenge.

  83. Hi, my name is Tim, I’m 28 and I would be perfect for Hell’s Kitchen. I have extensive (over 10 years) restaurant kitchen experience. I’ve worked every station on the line and I’m a proverbial beast in the kitchen. I have a huge personality that I promise will make “good” TV!! I would love the opportunity to work with Chef Ramsay. 84. I’ve been working in kitchens for 10 plus years I’m 24 and have had the pleasure to work under a few incredibly talented chefs that have tought me how to create amazing and diverse dishes. I would be greatful to have a chance to win Hells Kitchen and believe I would be fierce competition in the kitchen! Thank you

  85. I have been cooking since a very young age. I love cooking and being able to be creative with it. I would like to open my own restaurant so that everyone can enjoy my cooking like my family and friends do. Cooking is an art and I love it!

  86. My name is Chef Cole I am currently working as a Chef and a assistant culinary manager at Bonefish Grill. I have dedicated the last 20 years to the art of food and the appreciation of the different aspects of the culinary world. I would love to have a chance to prove what I am capable of doing.I follow your show and I know how to make risotto to the way you want it. I would definitely be grateful for this opportunity of a lifetime..

  87. Culinary school graduate father of large family I can cook anything and everything from different countries. I’m not afraid of hard work or fierce compitition I have an artistic sense for food and I’m a leader by nature. I currently do very high scale catering for surgeons drs. Ceos etc. At my place of employment if you want a winner I’m the guy I will not fail if given the chance to compete.

  88. I work in kitchen every since I was in high schools I don’t have culinary training but I take pride in all my dishes I send out in the restaurants I have worked in. I learn fast work very hard. I ready to go to the next level learn more. I love being in the kitchen and I can handle the pressure.

  89. I’m a executive chef and have been in the industry 15 yrs, I’ve spent the good majority of my career on a small tourist Island In the Upper peninsula of Michigan working for hi end resorts, my passion for food and my experience in high volume restaurants has helped me be very sucessful in my career. I have a quality and ability to lead and be motivating to my staff to create amazing dishes that people from all walks of life enjoy, I followed chef Ramsey and Hell’s kitchen for many years and would love the opportunity to show my skills t my family and the entire culinary world.

  90. Well.. I’ve been a line cook for about 3 years now at a couple different places and I like the show. I’d love to cook and have Gordon at the hot plate. I would also like to win. That’d be cool. Sooo put me on the show please.

  91. Currently I am a cookll at Rumfish Grille.
I have goals of becoming a Restaurant owner with the freshest ingredients and the highest quality of standards.Ramsay inspires me.

  92. My name is Elroy Ruiz and I have 10 years of experience in the restaurant business mainly as a sauté cook and pantry , now I just cook for the love of the art and passionate in cooking for friends and my family but would love to be apart of Hells Kitchen , I’m from Hawaii and would bring some Aloha and incorporate it into the food.

  93. I should be considered, for my skills and experience in the culinary field. I received a 16 week training through the U.S.C.G. that consisted of 16 hours a day, 7 days a week. I was then stationed at an Enlisted Members Club where I cooked, and utilized my Culinary skills, 6 days a week, which, included countless catering events. After 5 years, I was honorably discharged, and attended Culinary courses and health science courses. I’m currently a semester away from attaining a Bachelor’s in Food Science. I currently work for my County’s school system as a cook, and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to pursue a lifetime goal.

  94. I have been cooking in resturants since 14 years old it is my passion to have this opertunity would be amazing.

  95. I am actually a Software Engineer but originally started out cooking in the kitchen at a Radisson. I still have a love for cooking and try to treat my family and friends to new and exciting dishes. After watching Hells Kitchen and seeing them make Beef Wellington I decided to make it for a party of 10 for Valentines day and I got nothing but raves about how it was the best meal they have ever had. I enjoy good food and love to make people excited with my cooking.

  96. I started taking over my Mum’s kitchen in college; since then, I have dabbled in catering, delivered lunches, gourmet to-go dinners, and working in two local kitchens. I have worked hard at perfecting some wonderful recipes (shrimp & grits, Bolognese arribiata pasta, balsamic crab dip, etc.).

I’m not the world’s best chef, but I do a damned good job – and even win over people who don’t like certain foods. I have a drive and desire to be in a kitchen – I have tried by being in local kitchens, but I don’t have the creative freedom that I so desire and that I have in my own kitchen.

I’ve taught construction management for 5+ years at East Carolina University (also taught psychology, tech writing, and public speaking). I have worked in manufacturing, welding, HR, restaurants, and now commercial sales at Lowe’s Home Improvements. I have developed quite a thick skin being around contractors and those in blue-collar jobs; I also no longer have “virgin” ears – a sailor could talk in front of me, and I would not blush.

I have no problem talking in front of groups of people or just a few, I make friends easily, but I also have no problem saying what I think and feel. I take criticism well, but will just as easily defend my position. Get me talking about politics and/or religion, and you’ll have yourself quite a debate.

You want a sweet, spunky, southern personality in your kitchen? A person who doesn’t hesitate to holler back at someone should I be in the right? Then you’ve found it in me. Give me a chance; you won’t regret it.

  97. My name is Ealie but my friends call me Lee. I’m 41 yrs old and I cracked my first egg and cooked it when I was 8 yrs. I have been watching your show for a few years now and feel that I can do just as well as everyone else who have been on your show if not better. I do not claim to be the best chef in the world or even the best on your show, but I can guarantee you that I will not be the worst.
For as long as I can remember, the reason I enjoy cooking so much is because I love to make mouths happy.
Thank you for the opportunity in advance.

  98. My name is Tiffany and I’m 33 years old. I have worked as a cook in a hotel and many small businesses and as a food prep as well. I have a huge passion for cooking and am extremely outgoing, unique and driven. I’m very sarcastic and great in a team environment as well as in being a leader. I would love this opportunity and feel I could bring a lot of humor, hard work and character to the show.

  99. My name is Mido ,27 years old , I’m originally from Egypt , I have worked in restaurant all my life , I opened my first restaurant when I was 17 years old ,I have learned how to cook before I can walk , I have very good kitchen skills ,not just me saying that but every one I have worked with ,when I was 10 years old I did not start as a dishwasher because I was young and short and could not reach the sink , so I get hired to fold pizza boxes, then I start my way up as a dishwasher , prep , grill , serving , sautéed, pizza man all the way to owner , I made my first pizza when I was 11 years old , I am a good challenge for chef Ramsay because its not easy to break me , I get up fast and keep going stronger than before ,I will push chef Ramsay to the limits , so he can push me back over the limits , i can handle the whole kitchen by myself , yes by myself, my average cooking time is one minute per person, i’m a great asset for chef Ramsay and the show , because i know if you chose me that is mean you chose the winner. My wish is to help people , so if I win i’m planning to donate some of my salary for orphans and cancer

  100. My name is Samantha and have been in the restaurant business as a cook for 5 years. I have never worked at a professional level but I have worked lines and I currently run a small, busy kitchen by myself where I am employed. I believe I should be chosen because I am a very hard worker, quick learner, and have a very positive attitude.

  101. I’m a sous chef @ Orso Restaurant from Alaska who is in a love affair with food, and couldn’t see myself doing anything else.

  102. Creating a better reality for my family is the driving force for my entry into the casting call for Chef Gordon Ramsey’s, Hells Kitchen. Most of my first work, experiences were in local privately owned businesses, Nello’s Chicago Pizzeria, Guido’s Italian deli and corporate food giants Applebee’s, Chilis and Darden’s Olive Garden Restaurants. Building experience overcoming adverse, escalated stressful situations. I was comfortable in banking, however I wandered around Downtown Tempe, AZ seeking out flavorful aromas and ducking into any hole in the wall, to experience unique dinning spots. An opportunity to interview for HELL’S KITCHEN, would be a dream come true in itself, your consideration is greatly appreciated. Early leadership exposure, achieving success under pressure, envisioning the big picture for sustainability are sound reasons to consider me as a contestant on Fox Networks, HELL’S KITCHEN. @HellsKitchenFOX #HellsKitchen @GordonRamsay.

JP Morgan Chase was a lucky break for me, building experience overcoming adverse, escalated stressful situations. 104. At 10 years old, visiting the Orange County Public Schools Food and Nutrition Headquarters with retired Chief Petty Officer, Juan Bautista Duran, there was no warning for what was about to happen. Putting a pair of stainless steel tongs in my hand, he told me, “You’re in charge Kid! Don’t catch on fire and DON’T BURN THE CHICKEN!” We cooked open Bar-B-Q Chicken, grilled corn and baked beans for one of the elementary schools and staff that day. I don’t know what my grandfather enjoyed more that day, introducing his grandson (Me), to all his friends , or watching me sweat.

  106. I’m a 39yrs old I’ve faught many battles in life but one that’s hells kitchen put me in it and I will conquer chef Ramsey and all that follows

  107. Hi am ricky, 28 years of age.a commis 2 from jamaica, i have being working with the royal caribbean cruise line, approximately 4 years now my dream and my passion is to become a executive chef and the opportunity yo prove my leadership skills and my skills. Am willing to always learn new stuff to enhance my skill

  108. Just get me on the damn show already and i’ll win it— Im a cook who can take the heat , one Competitive SOB who wont stop until i win … oh and ” oh i love food ” ” worked in kitchens” ” give me a chance” yadda yadda yadda …. “pick me” … just email me back and set up another interview , put me on camera …. im ready

  109. I would love an opportunity to be developed more by one of the worlds best chefs. I am ambitious, highly competitive, and have thick skin. I can take anything chef Ramsey can deal out. I am blessed to be able to make a career out of my passion.

  110. Any time you apply for a job/audition or position you are suppose to apply for yourself.. It’s just the professional and right thing to do, but I am not applying for myself. I am applying for my husband. His name is Forrest R. Hutsell. He is 37 yrs old and has cooked all of his life. If I could do anything for him, it would be to make his dream come true. I watch him each day as he gets ready to watch his “food” shows. He say’s that every time he watches them he is inspired to either create something new or recreate what he has just seen. His talent goes back to when he was still a kid and worked in the kitchen with his mom in the VFW. That was only the start and from there he had many other opportunities to work with others and learn his many different styles. He has also ran a steakhouse as well as a pizzeria. He is from Ogallala Nebraska. I am amazed at how much love and passion he has for his food, but he has always said it is not just the food that he is passionate about, it is being able to make it for others to enjoy. All of his spare time is used to prepare meals for friends, family, churches and anyone who is hungry and ready to eat. He has never asked for anything in exchange, but only that he is able to share what he has made. Everyone has always said he should own his own restaurant or at least cater or have a food truck. Those are a couple of his dreams, but the one that stood out the most was when he watched Hell’s Kitchen one day and looked at me and said “I would give anything just to even have to opportunity to be on there. There are so many people with talent, but I just want someone to notice me and what I can offer. I may not be a master chef or someone well known, but just give me the chance, just one chance to show you what I can do, what I am capable of…”

  111. I am currently the chef educator of Millville Senior High School’s culinary program. I have worked in the restaurant and food Service industry since I was 15 years old. During my undergrad at York College where I received a BS in Business Management, I also work for Ruby Tuesday as a shift manager. When I graduated, I moved back home to New Jersey and began substitute teaching and enrolled in Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College where I received a certification from Serv Safe.
I received a job as a kitchen manager of Sidelines Sports Bar from June 07 until June 11. I handled the purchasing, menu planning, scheduling, hiring and firing and weekly payroll. When I got the job teaching at the high school, the work at Sidelines became too much, I was working up to 80 plus hours a week for a year and I had to quit my job at sidelines. After teaching for the last four years I began to miss the business side of food service so in 2012, I opened my own catering business called Bolt Catering. The business is run primarily during the summer when I can focus my energy.
In 2013 I began my MBA at Rowan University with a goal to enrich my knowledge in Business Administration.
I want this opportunity to pursue the next stage of my life owning my own restaurant.

  112. I’ve worked in restaurants for 8 years. I’ve cooked everything from

  122. Hello, I am a 38 year old Chef from Vermont. I grew up on a beef farm, and attended Paul Smith’s College for a 4 year Culinary Arts degree. I took the road less traveled out of school and started my own businesses. I started a vegan cookie company that I ran for 8 years with a product called Willie T’s cookies that I sold around Vermont. I then transitioned into concessions and the BBQ business. I put the bakery to rest and now run a BBQ takeout business roadside at my family’s farm. It has done quite well over the last 6 years, except for one small problem….we are going to lose the farm! I am writing this because I am a super competitive, huge fan of Chef Ramsey’s. I would love to have an opportunity to win Hell’s Kitchen and start a new career…off the farm!

The whole pregnancy i worked 60 hour weeks to prepare myself for an unpaid maternity leave. I worked a 16 hour shift the day i was scheduled to get induced for labor. It was a friday night that i went to the hospital at 10:30 pm and went into labor with him after dinner service. I am extremely hard working and enjoy cooking as much as I love anything else in life. I like to think i am not on the ignorant side.

  177. I’m Leslie ware and I have been a chef for awhile, my father was a head chef at a predominate high end restaurant that use to serve to the governor of Maryland, my father was the master and I learned very well from him but I’m not tied to his coat tail I am my own chef and a pretty damn good one, I like to run things in my kitchen and be in charge, you better ask someone in Baltimore about me. ( peace & blessings )

  178. I have a great passion a well to win love to learn and bar none can beat anybody thats put in front of me.

  179. my name is Jeremy E Wheeler. and after going to culinary school and put myself in the industry i realized:
I just love to cook, move and grow in every aspect of cooking.
I am currently a line cook at Baker street bar and grill. and I although I have not had much fine dining experience, I still have gotten my feet wet a little.
my desire is to be in a kitchen that has a menu that changes, where it pushes Chefs to cook something new and different.

my greatest dish i personally put together consists of:

An in and a half center cut beef tenderloin seasoned with saffron, garlic, salt and pepper. Butterflied and stuffed with Itl. cheese, prosciutto, and steam Asparagus tips. grilled for the marks and baked to temp. (I prefer Med-Rare). then top that off with a Bearnaise sauce and serve with a side of potato gratin.

  182. I could really give a rats ass if you select me or not,
I’m a good Chef and I think this show only picks slacking turds.
If you want a real entertaining Chef with skills personality and attitude than I’m your guy other wise pick more of theses boring losers and watch as this show becomes stale as old bread.

  183. I’d appreciate a shot at it, I’ve been cooking in restaurants professionally for 17.years and in my grandmother’s form age 5

  184. After having watched HK for a few of seasons now, it still amazes me the talent, or lack there of, that makes it onto the show. The most basic skills necessary (knife, technique, finishing and leading) seem foreign to many of the contestants. Granted, many are young and I applaud them for giving it a go but when you have so called Executive Chefs that can’t see a scallop, sauté in a pool of oil on too high a heat, you have to wonder. And thats exactly what my colleagues did….”Why don’t you apply? what do you have to lose?” So here I go, into the world of Gordon Ramsay and looking forward to it if chosen. Bottom line, Chef gives a s–t about hits the plate and all Chefs should sure this passion…..sub par cooking equals sub par food..who wants that? I had a GF years atom, pain in the ass, but made a good point when it came to food. I can get what I don’t want anywhere…

  190. Hey.

Me and my five friends are flying in from Stockholm, Sweden, to visit L.A. in mars 2014.

We are all big fans of the Hell´s Kitchen and Gordon Ramsey.

The show is really big here in Sweden.

We really would like to be audiences on the show.

How can we make that possible?

    Best Regards
    Peter Edenberg

  191. Have always been told NO! I have a disability which limits me in the kitchen. I currently attend Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) and major in Culinary Science. I am certified in Food Saftey, great Mise en Place, knowledgeable about different cooking equipment, and carry my own knife kit. I am disabled but I have yet to meet someone with more determination than me. I went from hustling on the streets of New York to knowing my 5 mother sauces, proper tempertures and recieving food products. What I lack in mobility, I overcome with my heart and passion for food. I would rather be called a failure than a quitter. A failure tried but a quitter should have stayed at home. I will try as many times as it takes. I WILL BE CHEF RAMSEYS CHEF!

  192. I attended the casting call in Nashville on July 9 2013. I was picked for a vidieo intrveiw. So far there has been no information about my status for the show. I am still very interested in being a contestent.

And to be the best you have to surround yourself with the best.

  195. Currently, I am an executive Sous Chef at the fine dining restaurant, HONDOS, in Richmond , Virginia. I have been with them for over two years. Prior to this, I was a Sous Chef at The Richmond Country Club. I began working in restaurants when I was just 14 years old! I have always had a passion for creating dishes that are exquisitely prepared and exciting to the customer’s palate. I consider myself a perfectionist at work, with a calm, humorous, sarcastic, happy-go-lucky attitude. I strive for a flawless service by my staff and I on a daily basis, and my long-term goal is to someday be a Master Chef.

  196. I am a Excutive Sous Chef at Joes Stone Crab Inc. in Miami, FL. I have the passion and zeal to create fabolous dishes and have your taste buds savoring every bite.
