Nexflix has announced a new horror TV show for named Hemlock Grove for their customers. The TV show is being produced by producer and director Eli Roth and will be exclusively available for streaming on Netflix. Eli Roth has worked on other triple a horror films such as Cabin Fever and Hostel 1 & 2. Hemlock Grove will be based on the Brian McGreevy novel of the same name and will be based on a horror/thriller story. The series will have an all star cast of Landon Liboiron (Terra Nova) and Bill Skarsgard. Hemlock Grove will have a 13 episode run and will be released on Netflix in early 2013 and the casting directors are now looking for male and female actors for several scenes in the series. This is a great opportunity for anyone that is looking to break into the acting industry.

The only plot details currently known about the first season of Hemlock Grove is that much like the original Hemlock Grove novel will focus around the investigation of the murder of a young girl on the property of the fictitious former Godfrey steel mill in Pennsylvania. The murder takes the small town, that is fueled by the steel mill’s business, by storm and rumors circulate like wildfire. One different thing about producing Hemlock Grove is that  Brian McGreevy who wrote the novel will be working really close next to Roth in the production of the series.

  8. Hi. I’ve done alot of theatre and have gotten a lot of classes on how to film act, but I havent done any film acting yet. All that I’ve done so far, is theatre, but alot of of people say I tend to use subtle movements more for a camera rather than big movements like you’re supposed to onstage. Now, don’t get me wrong, I can act. All I’m asking for is experience in the film industry for future auditions. Thank you ever so much.
