Shonda Rhimes’ newest creation, ABC’s political thriller Scandal is back for another season. Scandal  is an over-the-top glimpse at the world of crisis management in the life of the president of the United States. The political thriller stars Kerry Washington from Fantastic Four and Ray and is  loosely based on the former George Bush administration press aide Judy Smith who in this case is the co-executive producer for the show. Washington, with her boundless energy, plays Pope as a worn-thin shark who solves the problems of the rich and powerful because she cannot remedy those in her own life. She can intimidate gun-wielding Ukrainian kidnappers with a single monologue, identify liars with her fine-tuned internal polygraph skills. The casting directors are now looking for several actors to play as extras in the new season of Scandal. This is your opportunity to be a part of a hit ABC show.

Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) dedicates her life to protecting the public images of the nation’s elite and making sure their secrets say secrets from the prying eyes. Olivia is a former White House Communications Director for the president, but has left to start her own crisis management firm, Olivia Pope and Associates. She is hoping to begin a new chapter of her life, but is finding out that she cannot leave parts of her past behind. A person with great intellect about the president and the elite, she has a definite soft side that gets the best of her.

The casting directors at ABC are on a national search for several extra talent for the new season of Scandal. They are looking for male and female actors to play as white house employees and secret service. They are looking for union and non union actors over the age of 25.
